Hi Kelly, the precursor activity that we recommend is Supine Right Glute Max #3 (90-90 Resisted Right Glute Max with Weighted Right Serratus Anterior) and the follow-up technique we discussed is the Sidelying Right Glute Max #4 (Left Sidelying Right Glute Max).
